Pete brings 37 years of residential building expertise and Master Builder credentials to every Living Pod. Deb leads marketing, business development and client experience across both brands - ensuring every landowner interaction is smooth, informed and genuinely supported.

We're proud Kiwis based in Lincoln, Canterbury, and we bring honesty, integrity and genuine care to every project. Married in 2017, with two children each, we know how to balance family, business and life - and that roundedness shows in everything we build.
