Built off-site by licensed professionals, fully inspected, insured, and compliance-ready.

Design & Specification
We finalise layout, finishes, and upgrades so everything is resolved before consents.

Transport & Placement
Delivered, positioned, and ready to use, with compliance issued shortly after.
The Investment
The Living Pod is priced from $218,000 + GST.
Price excludes transport, consenting, site-specific works & approval fees.
This includes your fully designed and built 36m² luxury transportable guest accommodation unit, constructed to Master Builder standard with premium bespoke finishes throughout, and backed by a 10-year Master Builders Guarantee as standard.
Additional costs are site and property specific and will vary. These include consent, delivery and transport, site-specific engineering requirements, and connection to services (power, water, wastewater). We provide a full, transparent quote for your specific site so there are no surprises.
